The new ENERGY STAR appliance must be purchased from a Florida retailer between April 16 and April 25, 2010. No Internet purchases are accepted. Please follow the Step-By-Step Directions for applying for the rebate.
This program was funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act and is designed to stimulate Florida’s economy by encouraging consumers to purchase new ENERGY STAR® appliances. Purchasing new appliances will help create jobs for appliance manufacturers and retail stores. The program also encourages consumers to save energy, water, and to lower their monthly bills through the use of a more efficient appliance. Rebates apply only to the purchase of the appliance and not to delivery or installation costs.
